Student Records/FERPA/PPRA

It is the policy of the Board of Education that all employees shall comply with the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Pupil Protection Rights Amendment (PPRA).  The Board has developed and adopted student privacy policies in consultation with parents in accordance with federal law.  The district policy is found at the link below.
